“The spring meeting shall approve the racing schedule for the coming season; discuss and adopt plans for special and social events, awards, and prizes; act on any proposal resented in conformance with the provisions of Article IX; and conduct any other business that can properly come before the meeting.”

3. MYC Sailing Schedule: separate attachment

-         proposal to change start time of Club racing (2 PM?)

-         participation in other racing events hosted by MYC and Windjammers SC

                                                               i.      May 28^th – WSC – Pierce Invitational

                                                             ii.      Aug.6^th – MYC – Boardman Cup

                                                            iii.      Sept. 24^th – MYC – Last Chance Regatta

                                                           iv.      Set qualification series for ’05 Worlds

4. Participation in area regattas:

-         LIS Champs in Westbrook

-         NA’s in Chicago

-         ACC’s in Shelter Is.

-         John Coffey will assume the duties of Fleet Race Chairman- Recorder.  He will be responsible for maintaining the fleet racing results.

-         Up-date information on participation in Thursday evening Windjammers sailing from Nick Amendola
